This listed garden was originally laid out in 1922 by H. Avray
Tipping, who was editor of Country Life. Original features
which have been restored by the current owners include an Edwardian
glasshouse and large pergola. The long herbaceous borders
contrast with groves of rhododendrons and azaleas. There are
far-reaching views over the vale of Usk from the impressive stone
terraces.
