Group Visits

A group visit to one of our Fairs makes an ideal outing for your Garden Club or Horticultural Society. All of our gardens can host visits in minibuses or smaller coaches, and many can cater for large coaches. Some of our gardens may offer discounted rates for group bookings, and may also be able to offer additional services such as guided tours. For more information, or to make arrangements for your group to visit one of our Fairs, please contact us by e-mail at or by telephone on our Information Line number.

A number of our nursery owners, as well as some of our garden owners and Head Gardeners, are pleased to offer talks to Garden Clubs. We hope to add a speakers list to this site in the near future, but in the meantime please contact us if you require any further information.

Our Newsletter

Our regular newsletters through the season include up to date information about all of our Fairs, as well as interesting and informative articles from our nurseries and gardens. If you are the Secretary of a Club or Society, why not sign up for our newsletters using the form below? You can share them with your members by e-mail, or via Facebook or Twitter using the tools included in the newsletter.

We will send you a newsletter at the start of the season with a reminder of all the season's Fairs, followed by further monthly newsletters during the Fair season. Exceptionally, we may also send e-mails if we have to make any major changes to the arrangements for an individual fair.

Please sign up using the form below; as an additional security measure you will be sent a follow up e-mail for you to check your details and confirm your subscription. We do not share your information with any third parties; should you decide in the future that our newsletters are not for you, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletter e-mail.

We'll send them by post from early 2019 onwards. We can also provide A4 posters for individual fairs; if you would find these useful please let us know, or alternatively you can print them from the links below. Just click on the name of the Fair and print the PDF; there's also a poster that lists all our 2019 fairs.
