Why no London Fairs in 2012? One of the
reasons is that the January 2012 changes to the Low Emission
Zone mean that nurseries with old diesel vans, must pay £100
every time they travel into London. Such Fairs just don't make
commercial sense to several nurseries, hence the lack of London
Fairs.
