Foxplants

Salvia oxyphora
About

In the summer of 2013 we had the opportunity to travel from Mexico through to Colombia. As keen plants people we were fascinated by the beautiful indigenous Salvias found in the mountainous regions. Following the trip we were inspired to pursue our interest in Salvias, we began passionately collecting, identifying and growing them. Foxplants was founded soon after.

New species are continually being discovered with the Genus Salvia now containing over 900 species. At Foxplants the collection is ever growing with over 60 varieties now available: from South and Central America, Europe, South Africa and Central Asia.

All plants are grown from seed or cutting and are sold in 2 or 3 litre pots. At present we are unable to do mail order. However if you contact us we can arrange for them to be collected at plant fair venues or at the Nursery in East Devon.
