UPDATED DECEMBER 6TH, 2021

At present we hope, and expect, that we will be able to operate our Fairs in 2022 in a traditional way, with tickets available at the gate and no requirement to prebook. We can't, however, rule out the possibility that some regulations on our events may be reintroduced by the Government for all or part of next season. It's too early to know what the requirements will be for COVID safety in 2022, but in the meantime the measures that we have employed through 2021 are listed below, and we can use some or all of these as required during the next season.

Our COVID-Safe Event Arrangements

  • If required, and depending on the agreement with our venues, admission to all of part of each Fair may be by ADVANCED BOOKING only. This will also apply, where relevant, to season ticket holders for any of the venues - you won't be charged an entry fee but you must still book ahead. If we need to implement this, the tickets will have timed, allocated slots throughout the day, in order to spread the number of visitors across the day, but once you have arrived at the Fair you are welcome to stay as long as you like up to the closing time of the event. If you are delayed and arrive late for your time slot, don't worry - we'll still let you in! Links to the ticketing websites are on the individual event pages, and prices include the booking fee charged by out ticketing agency. Where payment on the gate is available, please try to pay by contactless card payment if you can.
  • We will be continuing to lay out at the Fairs to allow for as much space as possible around and between the stalls to to allow plenty of room to browse without any crowding. Please try to give others as much space as you can during your visit, especially when queuing for toilets or refreshments, or at the gate.
  • Whilst it is no longer a mandatory requirement to record details of visitors for Track and Trace purposes, Government guidelines state that we should continue to offer this for those that wish to make use of it. We will therefore have the QR code available at the gate, as well as a sign up sheet for those who don't use the NHS app, for those that still wish to do this.
  • Some of our nurseries can offer the option of contactless card payments, so please make use of this where you can. However, card machines can be at the mercy of temperamental mobile phone signals in rural locations, and also not all stallholders have card facilities, so please bring plenty of cash with you as well (and even a good, old-fashioned cheque book, if you have one!)
  • If you can, please bring your own bags, and pack your purchases yourself if possible. but if you can't, don't worry; our stallholders will still be happy to provide bags and help you with your packing.
  • We will have hand sanitizer available at the gate and at the toilets at the events, but we would suggest that you bring your own supply as well to use during your visit.
  • Please don't enter the fair if you are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Government guidance may change in the period leading up to the Fairs: should any of these significantly affect the arrangements for the Fairs we'll publicise them on our website on this page, and we will inform everyone who has booked a ticket via e-mail. so you can book your ticket with confidence.

Please check back to the website regularly during the year for the most up to date information. You can also keep in touch via our social media accounts on FacebookTwitter and Instagram, or by signing up to our newsletter.
