At Lask Edge Farm, we produce decorative topiary called the Willow Twist, a unique product with a lifespan up to 25 years.

The willow we grow at Lask Edge Farm, which we use to produce our willow topiary, is called Salis Daphnoides, commonly referred to Violet Willow, a type of Pussy Willow.

The lustrous violet young shoots produce attractive topiary plants, and the silvery fluffy catkins that appear in the springtime not only give a great effect against the bright violet stems, but they also provide a source of early spring nectar to bees.
